Shipping:
G & G Grills, Parts and Accessories will pay for shipping and handling for the products we sell. Your products will be shipped via one of our pre-determined carriers.
Return Policy:
G & G Grills, Parts and Accessories will refund your entire purchase price less actual shipping charges if parts are returned within 45 days of the purchase date.
A 5% RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLIED. A copy of the customer Packing Slip should be included with each return to insure accuracy of return.
G & G Grills, Parts and Accessories will evaluate each refund request in a timely manner to help ensure customer satisfaction. All refunds will be refunded in the form of a company check.
If you have a request for a refund, please send all refund requests to service@straubelstone.com. Please include your name, phone number, packing slip number and a reason for the return of the product.
