Upon purchasing a product, we will collect your personal information to be used for purchasing and shipping information only. Your credit card is NOT stored on our servers. Your personal information (I.E, name, address, phone number, email) will NOT be given to any third party vendors to protect our customers from spam and unwanted phone calls.
Shipping Policy G & G Grills, Parts and Accessories will pay for shipping and handling for the products we sell. Your products will be shipped via one of our pre-determined carriers.
Returns Policy G & G Grills, Parts and Accessories will refund your entire purchase price less actual shipping charges if parts are returned within 45 days of the purchase date.
A 5% RESTOCKING FEE MAY BE APPLIED. A copy of the customer Packing Slip should be included with each return to insure accuracy of return.
G & G Grills, Parts and Accessories will evaluate each refund request in a timely manner to help ensure customer satisfaction. All refunds will be refunded in the form of a company check.
If you have a request for a refund, please send all refund requests to service@straubelstone.com. Please include your name, phone number, packing slip number and a reason for the return of the product.
